Roles
For personal data contained in customer databases, the customer is the data controller and Premsan Inc is the data processor. We process that data only to provide the service and on the customer's documented instructions.
What the DPA covers
- Scope and instructions — the nature and purpose of processing, the data categories, and the duration.
- Subprocessors — the current list and prior notice of changes. See Trust & Security.
- Security measures — the technical and organizational measures in the security documentation.
- Data subject requests — assistance with access, correction, deletion, and portability requests.
- Breach notification — notice of a personal data breach without undue delay.
- Return and deletion — return or deletion of personal data on termination, subject to legal retention.
- International transfers — the transfer mechanism for cross-border processing, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
